As Greek alumni, we understand that the Greek System at Hopkins is a vital part of the campus community, provides valuable contributions to the studen experience, and furthers the educational goals of the University.
Greek organizations continue to provide opportunities to grow, learn, and lead that are not otherwise a part of one's four years at Hopkins. Greeks enrich the Hopkins experience through their numerous contributions to undergraduate life. And Greeks are among the most loyal Hopkins alumni.
As the University plans the future of the Homewood campus -- its housing, its student life, and the role of its independent student groups -- it is important for us to ask: What actions are being taken to ensure that the function and identity of the Greek system endure?
The Greek system needs vocal and coordianted support from its alumni if it is to continue as a strong system for current and future generations of undergraduates.
The Alumni Greek Council was created to foster this needed support.

The Johns Hopkins Alumni Greek Council (AGC) seeks to accomplish the following:
Serve as an advisory body to Greek alumni groups, undergraduate chapters, Inter-Fraternity Council, Pan-Hellenic Council, NPHC, other Greek organizations, and JHU.
Provide a forum to exchange information, build partnerships, and take effective, coordinated action on matters of common concern to the Greek system and JHU.
Seek the assistance of JHU administration and undergraduate and alumni Greek members in efforts to mutually benefit the Greek community and the University.
